YORKTOWN, Va. — As Isaias began to impact the Hampton Roads area in the early hours of Tuesday morning, the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office warned drivers: watch out for fallen trees.
Much of Hampton Roads was under flash flood and tornado warnings Tuesday morning as Isaias approached the area.
There was at least one tree down in the 1300 block of Cook Road, and the sheriff's office said a driver ran into it.
By 4:45 a.m., the road had reopened.
