NORFOLK, Va. — Drivers can expect delays in the area near Sentara Leigh Hospital following a crash involving a pedestrian Thursday afternoon, Norfolk police said.
Police said the accident happened around 1:16 p.m. in the 6200 block of East Virginia Beach Boulevard. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Delays are expected on the busy corridor heading into rush hour as police work to clear the accident scene.
