PORTSMOUTH, Va. — According to VDOT, several east lanes were closed while crews responded to a vehicle fire Monday morning.
The fire was near Frederick Boulevard. VDOT had said the east left shoulder, left lane, left center and right center lane were closed, but all lanes have reopened and traffic is flowing.
