NORFOLK, Va. — A vehicle crash caused a power pole to come down in Norfolk Thursday afternoon, leading to traffic delays and power outages.
The crash happened at the intersection of Lafayette Boulevard and Arizona Avenue. The Norfolk Police Department said the call came in at 4:35 p.m. According to police, one vehicle was involved.
No one was hurt, but police said to expect delays in the area.
As of 5:57 p.m., Dominion Energy reports nearly 900 customers without power.
