SUFFOLK, Va. — UPDATE: Those driving to Newport News from Suffolk may experience delays Monday morning after a vehicle crash on the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel.
As of 7:22 a.m., all northbound lanes of Interstate 664 have reopened, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. The road is backed up over two miles due to congestion.
