PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A tractor-trailer overturned on Route 164 in Portsmouth on Tuesday, closing the eastbound lanes of the roadway for several hours.
It's unknown what caused the crash or if anyone was hurt. The road has since reopened, though.
Details are limited, but 13News Now is working to gather more information about the crash. We've reached out to the Portsmouth Police Department but haven't heard back.
