PORTSMOUTH, Va. — UPDATE: The Virginia Department of Transportation's traffic alert has expired and vehicles on US 58 between Portsmouth and Norfolk are moving again.
A disabled tractor-trailer is causing delays in the eastbound lanes of the Midtown Tunnel between Portsmouth and Norfolk, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The east right lane and right shoulder are closed as of 10:05 a.m. It's unknown how long the road will be affected.
