NORFOLK, Va. — The Norfolk Police Department is asking people to avoid a part of Kempsville Road after a vehicle crash in the Lake Taylor area Monday morning.
The crash happened in the 1100 block of Kempsville Road, which is near East Virginia Beach Boulevard and Northampton Boulevard.
