SUFFOLK, Va. — Motorists traveling on I-664 northbound in Suffolk were facing significant delays Thursday morning due to a disabled vehicle at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel.
VDOT had said all northbound lanes were closed as crews worked to clear the incident. The closure has caused traffic backups and still delayed but is clearing.
