HAMPTON, Va. — Morning commuters on I-64 eastbound heading into the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel (HRBT) were experiencing significant delays this Thursday.
Heavy congestion in the area was causing a bottleneck, with traffic moving at a crawl as vehicles approached the tunnel in Hampton.
Traffic is now moving smoothly.
