HAMPTON, Va. — The eastbound lanes of the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel has reopened to all traffic, a spokesperson for HRBT Expansion Project said a little after 4 p.m. today.
A spokesperson for the HRBT Expansion Project had said around 1 p.m. that the closure was needed for crews to remove an overhead sign structure on the Willoughby Bay Bridge. Eastbound traffic was diverted at Settlers Landing Road in Hampton.
