CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A crash on Monday evening is causing major traffic issues at the Interstate 664/Interstate 64 interchange in Chesapeake.
According to VDOT, the accident happened on southbound I-664 at Mile Marker 20. The south exit ramp from I-664 to I-64 (Exit 15B) was shut down but has reopened.
A 19-year-old woman driving one of the cars in the 2-vehicle crash died on impact.
