PORTSMOUTH, Va. — The City of Portsmouth is reminding drivers that a traffic shift on the Churchland Bridge begins Thursday.
Authorities say that there will be just one lane of traffic available to drivers going in each direction. Center lanes will be closed and only the outside lanes will be open.
According to the city of Portsmouth, the traffic shift will last for about three weeks.
