NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WVEC) -- Traffic is again moving on Interstate 64 East in Newport News, after a car on the side of the road became fully engulfed in flames.
There is no word on any injuries at this time.
There was a three-mile backup when traffic started moving again, and a detour was put into place at Jefferson Avenue. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
