VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Natural Gas brings Hampton Roads students a fun and engaging way to learn about energy. The energy workshop that took place at Virginia Natural Gas' headquarters included drone and virtual reality demonstrations to inspire students to live more sustainably.
The workshop, held in collaboration with the National Energy Education Development (NEED) Project, aimed to introduce students to the energy industry, and what is being done to promote a cleaner and more sustainable energy future. This program also takes place during Career and Technical Education Month, giving students the chance to explore different options for the future.
Their mission is to give students across Hampton Roads the opportunity to learn in an interactive environment that students across all abilities and learning levels can understand.
