BUDAPEST, Hungary โ Princess Anne graduate and BMX rider Justin Dowell has punched his second ticket to the Olympics.
After scoring 90.82 points to finish fifth in the Menโs BMX Freestyle at the OQS Budapest on Saturday, Dowell will represent Hampton Roads at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
A winner of two world championships, heโs received enough points to automatically advance to the games being just one of six athletes to do so.
Dowell is just 24 and also competed in the Tokyo Games in 2020.
