NEWARK, N.J. — At the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday Norfolk natives Keyshawn and Kelvin Davis proved once again why they are some of the most promising young stars in boxing. They were each featured on the undercard for Shakur Stevenson vs Artem Harutyunyan fighting their respective matches just an hour apart.

Keyshawn, who took home a silver medal in the Tokyo Olympics in 2020 extended his professional record to 11-0 after beating Miguel Madueno Saturday night winning in 10 rounds via unanimous decision. Davis was poised throughout landing over 50% of his punches and putting up 122 power punches.

"Honestly this was the toughest and most physical professional fight I've had," said Davis afterwards. "I had fun in there, I like to fight. I'm glad he did that tonight. It was a different experience and I'm definitely going to take a lot from it and go back to the drawing board."

His older brother Kelvin was also on the undercard and he kept his perfect record intact winning an eight round bout by majority decision over Kevin Johnson in the junior welterweight bout. He improves to 13-0.
