King's Fork wins battle of Suffolk vs Nansemond River while Oscar Smith cruises past Grassfield

The Bulldogs rallied from 11 points down in the 2nd half against the Warriors and held on to win 32-27 on Thursday night.

King's Fork rolled off 22 unanswered points after halftime as they held off Nansemond River 32-27 on Thursday night. The Bulldogs (4-0) got a third quarter 30 yard punt return from Zydareus Wynn that gave them a 32-21 advantage.

The Warriors (2-2) came back with a fourth quarter response, but fumbled at the one with a chance to retake the lead. Officials ruled the ball went to King's Fork as they ran out the clock to win the game.
