NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — It was an exciting opening night for the Hampton Crabbers in high school football. They got a a touchdown pass from Casey Lassiter in the 2nd OT as they won over the Woodside 25-19 at Darling Stadium on Thursday night.
Western Branch blanked Menchville 28-0. The Bruins jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. They led 13-0 at halftime. Jaemarree Parker scored two touchdowns as they opened the season 1-0 on Thursday night.
