Parker's go ahead 3 pointer leads Maury to toppling Lake Taylor 63-60 in double overtime

C.J. Parker topped the Commodores with 7 of his 17 points in the second overtime to hand the Titans their first loss of the season on Wednesday night.

NORFOLK, Va. — C.J. Parker led Maury with 17 points including 7 in double overtime as they handed Lake Taylor (16-1) their first loss of the season 63-60 on Wednesday night. The Commodores (16-4) opened up a ten point lead in the third quarter, only for the Titans to cut the margin to one. With 11 seconds left, Aaron Elliott drove to the basket to tie the game at 49 and force the first overtime.

By the second OT, Lake Taylor would take a two point lead when Parker converted on a three pointer to go up 61-60. The Commodores knocked down two free throws for the final result. Adrean Newton added 10 points for Maury. 

Lake Taylor's Shahide Battle led the Titans with 14 points. Elijah Washington added 13.
