(WVEC) -- Yankee Candle has issued a recall after one of their products started posing a laceration hazard.
The Luminous Candle Collection has been sold at Yankee Candle locations nationwide.
The collection contains fragrant candles that come with three wicks in square glass containers. When the candle is lit the glass jar can crack and cause cuts.
The Luminous Candle Collection was sold in-store and online between September 2016 and November 2016, for $35. Around 31,000 were sold.
So far, there have been at least 16 reports of cracked glass, no injuries have been reported.
The recalled candles include:
- Sea Salt & Coral
- Blackberry & Sage
- Apple Blossom & Melon
- Sugarcane & Honey
- Pine & Sandalwood
- Cinnamon & Cedar
If you have one of these candles, stop using it immediately and return it to any Yankee Candle location for a full refund.
