VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Two adorable bundles of joy were born at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk during Monday's solar eclipse.
A spokesperson for the hospital said the two boys were born only a few minutes after the eclipse's peak at 3:20 p.m.
Abraham Kinstler was born to his Chesapeake family at 3:24 p.m., weighing nine pounds and two ounces. Julian Votta-Galdini was born to his Virginia Beach family at 3:31 p.m. weighing six pounds.
The spokesperson said the boys will be 54 years old the next time a total eclipse comes through Virginia on May 11, 2078.
