Several people were stabbed during a fight in Franklin early Friday.
Police say 24-year-old Carletta Demery stabbed someone at Dorchester Square Apartments and then cut two others who tried to break up the fight.
Two of the victims went to the hospital for treatment around 6:00 a.m. and that's when police were called.
Demery is in the Western Tidewater Regional Jail on charges of malicious wounding, unlawful wounding and unlawfully stab, cut, or wound.
Investigators are trying to determine what started the fight.
22-year-old Kendra Rogers was treated for a cut to the chest. Sykes had cuts to the face and buttocks and 23-year-old Shardae Everett was cut in the hand, according to police spokesman Lt. Tim Whitt.
