MECKLENBURG COUNTY, Va. — Virginia State Police said they found a stolen truck and a body in Mecklenburg County.
Police said they found the truck and a body off of Route 138 in a wooded area less than a mile from Route 1 just before 11:00 a.m. Thursday.
They said the truck was a Ford F-350 work truck stolen out of Maryland and was believed to be used in the disappearance of Amy Fabian, 43.

The body was taken to the Office of the Medical Examiner in Richmond for autopsy, examination and identification.
Virginia State Police, the Cumberland Sheriff's Office and multiple other agencies have been looking for the 43-year-old since Friday, May 24 when they responded to her home and found 29-year-old Matthew Broyles dead inside.
Fabien's ex-boyfriend George Knisley IV, 41, is being held in Raleigh, N.C. for First-Degree Murder in relation to Broyles's death. He will be extradited to Virginia where additional charges are pending.
