VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- It looks like city hall will stay where it is, for the time being.
According to a Facebook post from Councilman John Moss, City Council unanimously voted to decline the proposal to move city hall to Town Center.
The relocation plan would have been part of a $100 million plan by Armada Hoffler to build up Town Center even more.
