NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police had to detour traffic off Hampton Boulevard Thursday after an oversized tractor trailer hit the railroad underpass near 21st Street and got stuck.
Lanes on both sides of Hampton Boulevard were closed between 26th Street and Azalea Court for a while. Crews got the truck out by 11:30 a.m.
No one was hurt.
