UPDATE10:50 pm Friday: Police have arrested and charged Dustin George of the 800 block Golf Street in the homicide of Dorian Booker. George was arrested in Virginia Beach without incident and charged with one count of Murder and one count Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony
According to police, witnesses told investigators that while in the upstairs area of the residence, they overheard the victim and the suspect arguing, then they heard a gunshot.
NORFOLK -- A man was shot to death in Norfolk early Friday.
Police and medics say they found 40-year-old Dorian Booker in the 800 block of Goff Street in the Huntersville neighborhood around 1:25 a.m.
'The incident is being investigated as a Homicide. At this time, motive and suspect(s) have not yet been determined,' said police spokeswoman Karen Parker-Chesson.
