NORFOLK, Va. — A man is recovering after a shooting Saturday evening in Norfolk. Police tell us the shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. near Crystal Lake Apartments on Virginia Beach Boulevard near Raby Road. Police found a 33-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics took him to the hospital for treatment and he is expected to survive.
