PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WVEC) -- Detectives with the Major Crimes Unit are asking for the public's help locating a person of interest connected to a homicide that occurred, Sunday.
The homicide happened in the 3200 block of George Washington Hwy. 37-year-old Adrian A. Smith of Portsmouth was killed.
The person pictured is not a suspect, but is a person of interest that police would like to speak to regarding this investigation.
