VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- For many people going to the polls in Hampton Roads, they'll not just be deciding who will be the next president of the United States. They'll also be casting their ballot for their city's next mayor.
Portsmouth has seen an upset, as Mayor Kenny Wright lost to former city manager John Rowe. Businessman Shannon Glover is in third.
Not all votes have been counted, but Wright admitted he was far behind in the tally.
