NEWPORT NEWS-- Police need help finding a Newport News man, who they say has been missing since early February.
Police say 50-year-old Michael Ruff was last seen on Feb. 10 at 26th Street and Jefferson Avenue. A family member reported him missing on Feb. 28.
Police say Ruff suffers from several serious medical conditions and is believed to be homeless.
Ruff is a black man, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 140 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
