CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WVEC) -- A Navy pilot has been accused in a peeping tom incident in Chesapeake.
The Navy confirms that Jake Baker faces several charges stemming from an alleged incident at the Old Navy on Greenbrier Parkway, including unlawfully filming, videotaping, or photographing a minor, and with using a peephole or another method to view her without consent.
A 16-year-old told employees that Baker recorded her while she was in the dressing room.
Baker is a pilot with the Oceana-based Strike Fighter Squadron 106.
If convicted, he could face up to three years behind bars.
