In an effort to make light of stressful holiday traveling, fast food chicken restaurant Popeyes has released a tongue-in-cheek food box, called the "emotional support chicken."
The carriers will be available in the Philadelphia airport, beginning on Dec. 18.
The marketing stunt comes after a number of incidents involving emotional support animals have made headlines and some airlines have tightened their rules regarding animals.
In a tweet, Popeyes wrote "Sorry, Fido. Popeyes #EmotionalSupportChicken doesn't bark on the plane."
Most of the feedback on Twitter was positive, with users calling the boxes "hilarious," and "brilliant."
But some users said the stunt was offensive to people who rely on emotional support animals for legitimate purposes.
