WILLIAMSBURG - A Williamsburg man is accused of being a Peeping Tom.
Police say Deandrew Lamont Jones was caught running near the window of his on-and-off again girlfriend's apartment on York Street early Wednesday.
Police say the woman called for help when she saw someone crouching outside her window and she say a description of the man's clothing. Jones was spotted in the area and later charged with peeping, police stated.
