YORK COUNTY - A 40-year-old man faces child sex crimes.
John Mark Lyerly, Jr was arrested Wednesday.
Investigators say he took advantage of a 17-year-old boy he knows on August 2.
Lyerly is charged with one count each of carnal knowledge of a child, indecent liberties with a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
