WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — A road near Busch Gardens was closed for several hours due to a vehicle crash.
Police said Pocahontas Trail was closed following a crash that knocked down a power pole. It's near the Anheuser-Busch Brewery not far from Busch Gardens. Dominion Energy, VDOT and Cox Communications brought in crews to clean everything up.
The roadway re-opened shortly before 4 p.m. Thursday, officials said.
The driver in the crash was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Police did not say if anyone had been hurt in the crash.
