FRANKLIN, Va. — Lolethia Jones, 61, has been safely located. She was reported missing on Thursday.
Jones, the Southampton County Sheriff's Office said, is known to frequent Suffolk, Chesapeake and Portsmouth in Hampton Roads. She also drives a 2004 Mercedes LS430 with a North Carolina registration.
