2) Contest is open to legal U.S. residents of Virginia and North Carolina, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
3) Entry period begins at 4:30am E.T. on Monday, December 9, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm E.T. on Friday, December 13, 2024.
Voting period begins 12:01am E.T. on Saturday, December 14, 2024 and ends at 3:00pm E.T. on Thursday, December 19, 2024.
4) Prizes can be won on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 7:00am E.T.
5) Five (5) winners will receive forty (40) $2 Holiday Merry Money x20 Scratchers. Not redeemable for cash value. Non-transferrable. (ARV: $80). Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets.
6) Winners will be selected on Thursday, December 19, 2024 after 3:01pm E.T. The five contestants with the greatest number of recorded eligible votes will be designated the “Winners”.
7) In the event of a tie, the winner will be randomly selected from among the tied entries.
