PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Police in Portsmouth say a 12-year-old girl who went missing Saturday has been found safe.
Zakhia Bellamy went missing this afternoon.
Detectives say the 12-year-old was last seen at her home in the 3600 block of Gateway Dr. at 11:00 a.m. Saturday.
