PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man was killed Sunday afternoon in a traffic accident while operating a motorcycle.
According to a spokesperson for the Portsmouth Police Department, this happened shortly before 2 p.m. in the 5800 block of Portsmouth Blvd.
The circumstances which led to the accident are under investigation.
