NAGS HEAD, N.C. — If you've been searching for a place to kick off your spring fishing, look no further than the Outer Banks. Jennette's Pier in Nags Head, North Carolina is returning to its regular summer operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. starting Saturday, April 27.
Jennette's Pier is North Carolina's longest public fishing pier at 1000 feet long. It welcomed over 160,000 visitors in 2023, offering more than just a great place to fish. The pier house features aquariums with local sea life, interactive science exhibits, and gifts and refreshments in the Pier Shop.
This season marks the 14th summer since the pier was "reborn" in 2011.
