Man arrested for breaking and entering in Elizabeth City, police say

ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — A man was arrested in Elizabeth City after several alleged incidents of breaking and entering in the Church Street area in mid-November.

The Elizabeth City Police Department said Travis James Outland faces felony charges of breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen goods. He was arrested on Tuesday.

According to police, Outland will face additional charges in the coming days as the investigation continues. 

Outland was transported to the Albemarle District Jail with a $10,000 secure bond. He is set to appear at the Pasquotank County District Court on Thursday.
