VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach police are investigating a shooting that happened on Wednesday night.
Officers responded to a call reporting a shooting on Queens Way. When officers arrived, they found one person suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
No suspects have been named.
According to Virginia Beach police, the preliminary investigation indicated the shooting was "not believed to be criminal."
This shooting remains under investigation.
