Virginia Beach police arrest woman in connection to malicious wounding on HRT bus

The suspect was last seen fleeing the scene walking in the direction of Pembroke Mall.
We’re told it all started when the victim boarded the bus at Corporation Lane and Constitution Drive in Town Center.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Editor's Note: 42-year-old Sabrina Hyman of Norfolk has been arrested and charged in this incident.

The Virginia Beach police are looking for a suspect in a malicious wounding, Virginia Beach Crime Solvers say.

On Thursday, the suspect got on the HRT bus and the victim got on at the Corporation Lane and Constitution Drive bus stop. They started to argue and the suspect said she was going to "kill her today." The suspect pulled something from her pocket and started hitting the other women.

The woman was injured and transported to Virginia Beach General Hospital.

The suspect was last seen fleeing the scene walking in the direction of Pembroke Mall.
