VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Caribbean celebration is coming back to Virginia Beach.

The Virginia Beach International Carnival is returning to the Oceanfront for a four-day celebration of Caribbean culture and heritage this July.

There will be food vendors, events, and live music at 24 Street Stage from Thursday, July 18, to Sunday, July 21.

The celebration will begin with Still Soca 757 on Thursday, followed by Girl Power on Friday, J’ouvert, Parade of the Bands and Fire Fete on Saturday, and the Sun-Up Breakfast Brunch on Sunday.

The carnival aims to promote strong connections between diverse communities, bridge cultural gaps, and engage the community.
