VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) — Virginia Beach and Olongapo, Philippines, are becoming sister cities.
Leaders from both cities will sign a Sister City Charter on Monday in Virginia Beach. They also will break ground on a monument that will symbolize the cities' relationship.
City leaders dedicated a similar monument in Olongapo in November 2014.
