VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The City of Virginia Beach hosted an informational meeting on plans to improve Elbow Road in Virginia Beach on Wednesday night.
The project will provide a new four-lane divided roadway on Elbow Road from Salem Road to Indian River Road. This includes replacing and realigning the existing two-lane Elbow Road Bridge across the North Landing River.
Construction on the project is scheduled to begin next month.
