VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- Federal prosecutors will now be taking up the case against Joshua Saul Lazernick.
Lazernick, 35, was arrested in December of 2016.
He was charged with 19 counts of possession and distribution of child pornography. The distribution time frame is said to be around mid-August 2016.
The charges against Lazernick were nolle prossed by a Virginia Beach judge, so that the case could be turned over to the feds.
