Police: Four arrested after Virginia Beach massage parlor human trafficking raid

Four people were arrested in connection to the Virginia Beach massage parlor alleged sex trafficking raid in Kempsville.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Four people have been arrested after police raided a massage parlor in Virginia Beach that was an alleged hub for sex trafficking. 

Homeland Security Investigations and Virginia Beach Police went through the business located in the 5200 block of Princess Anne Road in Kempsville Thursday.

Investigators told 13News Now the point of the raid was to identify, stop and deter human trafficking in the area while identifying potential victims.

Now, Tiehu Cai, Wang Daoju, Haihong Li, and Juan Fu are behind bars facing a slew of charges.

  • Tiehu Cai
    • Maintain or frequent bawdy place
    • Using vehicle to promote prostitution
    • Pander, pimp or receive money from prostitute
  • Wang Daoju
    • Solicitation for prostitution
    • Maintain or frequent bawdy place
  • Haihong Li
    • Prostitution, adultery or fornication for money, etc.
    • Maintain or frequent bawdy place
  • Juan Fu
    • Maintain or frequent bawdy place
    • Using vehicle to promote prostitute

The four individuals were not granted bond on Tuesday morning in court.
