VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A stretch of Laskin Road has reopened Wednesday evening after a crash involving a juvenile pedestrian, Virginia Beach police said.
The crash initially closed the eastbound lanes of Laskin Road between Village Drive and Republic Road. As of 7:30 p.m., the scene had since cleared.
The victim, who police identified as a boy, was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said. There's no word on the severity of his injuries at this time.
Police have not released what led up to the crash but said the investigation is ongoing.
